Halma PLC03 July 2007 HALMA p.l.c. DIRECTOR and PDMR INCREASE SHAREHOLDINGS Andrew Williams, Director At a Meeting of the Share Plans Committee of the Board of Halma p.l.c. held on 3July 2007, 22,300 shares were allotted to Andrew Williams at an exercise priceof 163.50p per share. In addition to the 22,300 shares allotted above, the Company has receivednotification that Andrew Williams' spouse purchased 11,750 shares in the Companyat 2.38p per share on 3 July 2007. After the above transactions, the beneficial holding of Andrew Williams,including family interests, in the ordinary shares of Halma p.l.c. increases by34,050 shares to 106,523 shares (0.029% of the issued ordinary share capitalexcluding treasury shares). Adam Meyers, PDMR At a Meeting of the Share Plans Committee of the Board of Halma p.l.c. held on 3July 2007, 35,600 shares were allotted to Adam Meyers at an exercise price of122.50p per share. The Company has had notification that Adam Meyers hadpreviously sold 18,455 shares in the Company at 237.25p on 2 July 2007 for thepurposes of financing the share option exercise. After the above transactions, the beneficial holding of Adam Meyers in theordinary shares of Halma p.l.c. increases by 21,661 shares to 41,661 shares(0.011% of the issued ordinary share capital excluding treasury shares). Issued ordinary share capital Following the issue of ordinary shares as a result of the share optionsexercised on 3 July 2007, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company,excluding treasury shares, is increased to 372,698,060.
