Share Incentive Plan The Company was informed on 29 September 2006 that on that date, under the rulesof the Helical Bar plc Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan"), Helical Bar TrusteesLimited, using contributions to the Plan by directors and employees matched in a2:1 ratio by the Company, had awarded 5,512 ordinary 1p shares to directors andemployees at the closing mid-market price on 28 September 2006 of 410.0p.
