Following the release on Tuesday 19 September 2023 of its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2023, the Company announces that it has today published:
Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting;
Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting.
These documents, together with the 2023 Report and Financial Statements, are now available to view on the Company's website at www.hl.co.uk/investor-relations.
A copy of the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection, in due course, at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
In addition, the rules of the Hargreaves Lansdown plc Performance Share Plan (PSP) are also available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Printed copies of the Annual General Meeting Notice and Proxy Form are expected to be posted to shareholders on or around today's date.
