On 15th May 2012, the Company received notification that Mr Stephen Robertson, a Non-Executive Director, bought a total of 4,012 Hargreaves Lansdown PLC 0.4p ordinary shares at a price of 495.78 pence per share.
The total number of ordinary shares purchased represents 0.0008% of the ordinary shares in issue.
