GRANT OF OPTIONS
Hargreaves Lansdown PLC announces that share options were offered to, and accepted by, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under its Approved and Unapproved Executive Share Option Schemes, at an exercise price of 283.84p per share, over the following numbers of Ordinary Shares of 0.4p each:

The options were granted on 9th October 2009 and the Company was notified of acceptance of the share option awards on 14th October 2009. No payment was made in respect of the grant.
