Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification
The Company announces that Rob Byett a director/person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Scheme to acquire 6,756 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Byett then immediately disposed of 3,187 Ordinary Shares in the Company in order to meet the cost of the share options, taxation arising on their exercise, and transaction fees. Mr Byett then transferred 2,002 Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercise to Catherine Byett who is a Person Closely Associated with him. Mrs Byett then disposed of 8 shares to cover transaction fees. The transactions took place on 21 August 2020. Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Mr Byett (including his connected persons) in the Company has increased.

The Company announces that Lee Gardhouse a director/person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has disposed of 126,566 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Gardhouse has also exercised an option under the 2016 Deferred Bonus Scheme (the "2016 Scheme") to acquire 10,860 Ordinary Shares, and an option under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Scheme (the "2017 Scheme") to acquire 21,128 Ordinary Shares.
