Hargreaves Lansdown PLC announces that options were granted on 15 September 2010 to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under its Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, at an exercise price of 409.76 pence per share, over the following numbers of Ordinary Shares in the Company of 0.4p each:
