In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital comprises 68,071,550 Ordinary shares of 1p each, with each Ordinary share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company also has 8,300,000 non-voting subscription shares in issue.

The figure of 68,071,550 Ordinary shares should be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
