Analyst Site Visit

Hill & Smith Holdings PLC, the international group with leading positions in the supply of infrastructure products, galvanizing services and building and construction products, is hosting a visit for analysts to its galvanizing and fabrication facilities in France on 15 and 16 September 2009.

Presentations will be given by senior management on the businesses being visited which account for circa 25% of group operating profit. No new information regarding current trading will be disclosed.

The next formal trading update will be contained in an Interim Management Statement in November 2009.
