Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - EIP Awards
LONDON, 10 April 2018: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) ("Hikma") (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their conditional share awards on 10 April 2015 under the 2014 Executive Incentive Plan ("EIP") which was completed on10 April 2018. These awards were automatically exercised by operation of the conditional award and vesting process. The exercise price under the EIP is £nil.
