2022 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting
Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (the "Company") announces that, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Annual Report") and the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM") are today being made available to shareholders.
The Annual Report and Notice of AGM can be viewed or downloaded from the Company's website at www.hikma.com/investors/2022-annual-report/.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
