Hidong Estate PLC16 August 2007 Hidong Estate PLC Interim Management Statement This Interim Management Statement ("IMS") of Hidong Estate PLC ("Hidong" or "the Company") relates to the period from 1 April 2007 up to the date of thepublication of this IMS ("the period"). There have been no material events and transactions during the period. Therehave been no significant changes in the financial position or financialperformance of the Company since the publication of the Preliminary FinalResults for the year ended 31 March 2007. Following the Company's disposal of its oil palm and rubber plantation togetherwith its immovable plant and equipment, the Company's asset comprise mainly ofcash and bank deposits which earn interest.
