Issue of Ordinary Shares

The Board of HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that today the Company has issued for cash, subject to listing, 52,140,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares"), (the "Issue") . The issue price per New Share (before expenses) was 119.0 pence. The Issue was oversubscribed.

 

Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the New Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 28 November 2012.
