The Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2019 for HICL Infrastructure Company Limited, along with the Annual Report for HICL Infrastructure PLC for the period from Incorporation until 31 March 2019, have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a printed copy.
These have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
