This is a correction to RNS announcement 11217-DD14. The change is to remove the reference to the blocklisting application. All other details in the release remain the same. The full text of the amended announcement is set out below:
HgCapital Trust plc (the "Company") Listing application and Subscription share exercise
In relation to the 31 May 2011 subscription date, the Company announces that it has issued 695,810 Ordinary shares following the exercise of subscription rights by a number of Subscription shareholders. Application has been made for those Ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Ordinary shares issued will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares and will commence trading on 15 June 2011.
Following this issue there will be 31,799,725 Ordinary shares of 25p each and 5,524,973 Subscription shares of 1p each in issue in the capital of the Company.
