Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Halfords Group plc announces that Keith Williams, Chairman of Halfords Group Plc, has been appointed as Chairman of Royal Mail plc with effect from 22 May 2019.
Keith Williams will step down as a Non-Executive Director of Aviva plc and Chair of its Audit Committee immediately following the conclusion of Aviva plc's Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2019.
