Appointment of Joint Broker

 

The Board of Herencia Resources plc ("Herencia" or the "Company"), the multi-commodity resources company with a primary focus on developing its high-quality projects in Chile, is pleased to announce the appointment of VSA Capital Limited ("VSA") as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect.

 

Carl Dumbrell, Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Given VSA's expertise in the natural resources sector, their appointment as joint broker is seen as a great fit for the Company and will undoubtedly improve the Company's market reach into existing and new investor groups globally.
