Notifications of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
(together 'PDMRs/ PCA')
Harmony Energy Income Trust plc announces that on 28 and 29 September 2022 certain Directors of the Company, and persons closely associated ("PCA") with them, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
As Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility further information on the Ordinary Shares acquired by the Directors of the Company are detailed below

Following the acquisition of these shares, senior management of Harmony Energy Limited and principals of HEAL hold in aggregate 2,702,533 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.3 per cent. of the issued share capital.
