Notice of AGM
HeiQ Plc (LSE:HEIQ), an established global brand in materials and textile innovation that operates in high-growth markets, provides notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which will be held on Friday 25 June 2021 at 10.00 a.m. BST at Ruetistrasse 12 8952 Schlieren (Zurich) Switzerland, with a satellite meeting place at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD.
In respect to the satellite meeting in the UK, as the AGM is being held after the date on which the UK government's COVID-19 restrictions are due to be fully lifted it is currently anticipated that shareholders, proxies and corporate representatives will be able to attend and participate in the Meeting, adhering to social distancing rules. Further details on arrangements regarding both meetings can be found in the Notice of AGM.
The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 December 2020 and the Notice of AGM are available to view on HeiQ's website, www.heiq.com/investors. A copy of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM will shortly be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Copies will be posted to shareholders, together with a form of proxy, on 19 May 2021.
