He will join the Headlamboard with effect from 19 October 2007 at which time he will also be appointed to the Nominations, Audit and Remuneration Committees. David, aged 59, has a degree in Economics from Nottingham University andqualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has held a number of senior managementposts in a variety of businesses. David is the Executive Chairman of Hill &Smith Holdings PLC and Chairman of Grove Industries Limited. No information is required to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13 of theListing Rules.
