Change of Director Shareholdings and Member Shareholdings
Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), received notification on 15 April 2013 of revised director shareholdings as follows:
Victoria Blaisdell holds 34,102 Ordinary shares being 0.9% of the issued Ordinary shares.
David Mahony holds 20,000 Ordinary shares being 0.5% of the issued Ordinary shares.
Following a review of the S808 register and issue of S798 notices the Company also received confirmation on 15 April 2013 of revised member shareholdings as follows:
Mr and Mrs Andre Marcou hold 471,000 Ordinary shares being 12.0% of the issued Ordinary shares.
Rath Dhu Limited holds 235,000 Ordinary shares being 6.0% of the issued Ordinary shares.
Mr Hugh S Pearson Gregory holds 138,290 Ordinary shares being 3.5% of the issued Ordinary shares.
The Company's issued share capital is 3,939,551 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 in Treasury.
