Holders Technology Plc
Holders Technology Plc, ("Holders Technology" or "the Company"), the supplier of special laminates and materials to the electronics industry, is pleased to announce that Jim Shawyer, financial director, has been granted an option to subscribe for 1,676 shares in the Company at an exercise price of 77.4p per share under the Holders Technology Employee Share Option Scheme No 1. Subject to satisfaction of the performance condition, the option may be exercised at any time within the period from 4 August 2011 to 3 August 2013.
In addition, Mr Shawyer informed the Company on Monday 4 August 2008 of his intention to exercise an option granted to him on 1 August 2003 to acquire 25,000 shares at a price of 54p per share. His holding in the Company is now 40,000 shares.
