Highcroft Investments PLC13 October 2006 HIGHCROFT INVESTMENTS PLC Commercial Property Investment Having reviewed a number of opportunities, the Board is pleased to announce thaton 12 October 2006 a subsidiary of Highcroft Investments PLC, Rodenhurst EstatesLimited, purchased a property located in Victoria, south west London, funded bya combination of own cash resources and a loan drawn down from a bank facilitymade available by Lloyds TSB plc to provide the debt element of any propertypurchases in the medium term. The property comprises five office units let to four separate tenants. The value of the gross and net assets acquired is to be satisfied by aconsideration of £4,100,000.
