Harbour Energy plc(the "Company" or "Harbour")
Director's Share Interests
On 8 July 2022, the Company was notified that EIG had commenced distributing some of its interest in the Company to its underlying investors (the Distribution). The Company has been notified that, as a result of the Distribution, the direct share interests of each of R. Blair Thomas, Linda Z. Cook and Steven G. Farris has changed as below.
There has been no change to the overall interest held in the Company by each of the Directors listed. The Distribution reflects a decrease to indirect interests and an increase to direct interests.
A summary of the increase in each Directors' direct share interests is set out below.
