In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the Company confirms that Anne Stevens, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will join the board of AVEVA Group plc as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2022. Anne will also chair AVEVA's Remuneration Committee with effect from the conclusion of their 2022 AGM.
