Long-Term Incentive Plan
H&T Group plc announces that on 12 June 2009 an award was confirmed to Alex Maby, an Executive Director of the Group, under the H&T Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") of 80,428 nil cost ordinary share awards granted by the H&T Employee Benefit Trust.
In accordance with the rules of the LTIP, the shares subject to the LTIP awards will be released to Alex Maby on 1 May 2012 subject to continued employment and the satisfaction of certain specific performance conditions based on the Group's Total Shareholder Return performance and growth in the H&T Earnings per Share.
