Share option grant

John Nichols, a Director of H&T Group plc has on 12 June 2009 been granted 87,628 options over the Company ordinary shares of 5p each with an exercise price of 194.0p. Following this grant, John Nichols's shareholding stands at 1,025,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing approximately 2.90% of the issued share capital of H&T Group plc and a total of 345,708 options over the Company ordinary shares of 5p.

Alex Maby, a Director of H&T Group plc has on 12 June 2009 been granted 77,318 options over the Company ordinary shares of 5p with an exercise price of 194.0p. Alex currently holds no further shares or share options. 

Stephen Fenerty, a Director of H&T Group plc has on 12 June 2009 been granted 61,855 options over the Company ordinary shares of 5p with an exercise price of 194.0p. Following this grant, Stephen Fenerty's shareholding stands at 300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.85% of the issued share capital of H&T Group plc and a total of 218,149 options over the Company ordinary shares of 5p.
