H&T Group PLC19 February 2008 H&T Group plc Additional listing H&T Group plc ("H&T" or the "Group") announces that it has issued 1,299 ordinaryshares of 5p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") in relation to the exercise ofoptions by employees of the Group. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, ranking pari passu in allrespects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, to be admitted to tradingon the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 22February 2008.
