NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LISTING RULE 9.6.14 R (2)
Notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14 R (2) that William Eccleshare, a non-executive director of Hays plc, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc on 24 January 2012. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of the company's International division. Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc is quoted on the New York Stock Exchange.
