Total Voting Rights and Admission of Further Securities to Trading
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), The Gym Group plc (the "Company") announces the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 177,821,612 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares), of which none are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 177,821,612, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
In accordance with the FCA's Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market sourcebook ("PRM"), the Company announces the following:
