Purchase of own shares and TVR

The Company announces that on 14 May 2020 it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at €5.90 per share.  These shares are to be held by the Company in treasury and will be utilised to meet obligations arising under share award plans in place for the Group.

Following the above, the Company holds 456,138 ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares is 221,950,949, and this is the total number of the voting rights in the Company which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change in the interest, in the share capital of the Company under Chapter 5 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules as reflected in the Company's articles of incorporation.
