22nd February, 2005 Talent Group plc Result of AGM and Directorate Change Talent Group plc ("Talent" or "the Company") announces that at the AnnualGeneral Meeting held earlier today, all the resolutions were duly passed.As previously announced Colin Nicholls has now stepped down as Finance Directorbut remains as a non-executive director.The Company further announces that it has appointed Frances Catherine Horrell,ACA, as Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect. Ms Horrell, aged35, has previously held finance positions at Publicis S.A. in Paris, MTVNetworks Europe Limited in London and for the Star TV Group in Hong Kong.Ms Horrell has no current directorships and has not held any statutorydirectory directorships within the last five years.
