26 March 2008 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or "the Company") Contract win
Talent Television, a wholly owned subsidiary of Talent, has been commissioned by ITV1 to produce "An Audience Without Jeremy Beadle", a tribute to the late presenter. The 60-minute special will be presented by Chris Tarrant. Featuring an audience of celebrities, family and friends, the show will take an irreverent and funny look at Jeremy's career and life including his incredible charity work.
Talent director John Kaye Cooper, who as Controller of Entertainment at LWT in the 90s worked closely with Jeremy Beadle, says: "We want to put together a fitting tribute that Jeremy himself would have been proud of - a show that is funny and irreverent but also reflects his fantastic enthusiasm, passion, and generosity."
