Gas Turbine Efficiency PLC20 April 2007 Gas Turbine Efficiency plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 250,000 ordinary shares of nominal value 0.2 penceeach in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the subscriptionagreement between Gas Turbine Efficiency, Inc. and ABIVA AB dated 22 June 2004,as disclosed in the Company's AIM admission document. It is expected that admission to trading on AIM will become effective on oraround 26 April 2007. Following the issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 49,145,454Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.2 pence each, with voting rights. TheCompany does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
