Placing Update
Further to the announcement made on 11 December 2008, GETECH confirms that application has now been made for the 1,538,461 Ordinary Shares, which were the subject of the placing, (the "Placing Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
Dealings in the Placing Shares will commence on 17 December 2008.
Following the issue of the Placing Shares the total number of ordinary shares of the Company now in issue is 29,230,768.
