BGF joins IP Group as a significant institutional investor in Getech

We note the TR 1 announcements issued by BGF and IP Group. These detail that following a significant acquisition of shares, BGF now has a notifiable equity interest in the Getech Group - holding 10.13% of our issued share capital. Following a sale of shares, IP Group now holds 11.0% of Getech's issued share capital.
