GETECH Group plc09 December 2005 GETECH GROUP PLC ("GETECH" or "the Company") 09 December 2005 Director Share Purchase GETECH Group Plc (GTC:AIM), the oil services business specialising in theprovision of exploration data and petroleum systems evaluations, announces thatPeter Stephens, the Company's Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of0.25p each in the Company on 8 December 2005 at a price of 43.5p per share. Peter Stephens' resultant shareholding is 427,718 ordinary shares of 0.25p,equivalent to 1.54 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
