Directors Dealing
The Company announces that it received notice today that Peter Stephens, who is a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 24.50p per share and 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 23.6999p per share on 18 December 2017 and 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.00p per share on 19 December 2017.
As a result of the above transactions, Peter Stephens' total interest in the Company (including shares held by his wife) is now 1,638,500 Ordinary Shares, being 4.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
