Issue of Options
Directors Dealings
Getech confirms that is has today issued Options to certain directors of the Company, as set out below, pursuant to the Company's EMI Option Scheme.

The new options can be exercised at any time from the second anniversary of the date of grant to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant, at a price of 21.3p per Ordinary Share.
