GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech-focused company, announces that Wise Mpay Pte LTD, a company controlled by Jack Bai (Bai GuoJin), Executive Director and CEO of GST, has transferred 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") in the Company to Ong Siew Phek, Jack Bai's wife. Following this transfer, Jack Bai's total shareholding in the Company is 4.16%, his wife's total holding is 6.87% and their combined shareholding remains unchanged.
