Admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and First Day of Dealings
Golden Saint Technologies Limited, an integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, is pleased to announce the successful placing of 121,495,055 new ordinary shares in the Company and the admission of its entire share capital, being 995,482,002 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") by way of a standard listing under chapter 14 of the UKLA's Listing Rules and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").
Admission became effective at 8:00 am today and dealings in the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities have commenced under the ticker symbol GST.
