Director Share Purchase
GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, announces that Malcolm Groat, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has notified the Company that he has today purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 0.5749 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, further detailed in the disclosure table below, Mr Groat's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
