Multicurrency revolving loan facility

 

The Company advises that it has entered into a one-year unsecured multicurrency revolving loan facility of up to £35,000,000 with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (London Branch) (the 'Facility').

 

This replaces the Company's existing unsecured multicurrency revolving loan facility of up to £35,000,000 with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (London Branch) which matures on 13 September 2025. 

 

The Company has entered into this Facility for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective and for general working capital requirements.
