Proposed Acquisition Update
Graphene NanoChem (AIM:GRPH), the international provider of nanotechnology performance enhancing solutions for global industries, announces that the Proposed Acquisition of CG TekBuild Pte Ltd, as previously announced on 30 November 2017, is progressing. The initial period of exclusivity pursuant to the Heads of Agreement has been completed and the exclusivity provisions now have an expiry date of 23 April 2018, with provisions for extension.
Whilst negotiations are at an advanced stage, there can be no certainty that the proposed acquisition will be concluded successfully and Graphene NanoChem will update the shareholders as the matter progresses. The Group continues to manage its working capital position prudently in order to continue trading as a going concern.
Capitalised terms in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning given to them in the announcement issued by the Company on 30 November 2017.
