Notice of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Results
The Group announces that its 2011 Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2011, together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are now available to download from the Company's website at www.biofuturesplc.com.
The Group's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on 15 June 2012, at the offices of Daniel Stewart & Company Plc, Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD.
