Biofutures International plc23 February 2007 Immediate Release 23 February 2007 Biofutures International plc Board changes Biofutures International plc (the "Company") announces that Lim Kwee Gee hasresigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect for personal reasons.Yeoh Keat Hoe has been appointed a non-executive director with immediate effect. Lim Kwee Gee was appointed a non-executive director as one of the vendors ofZurex Corporation Sdn. Bhd, which was acquired by the Company through a reversetakeover on 23 November 2006. Lim Kwee Gee is a significant shareholder and hewill retain his shareholding as required under the terms of the lock inagreement signed at the time of the acquisition. Yeoh Keat Hoe (aged 46) is also one of the vendors of Zurex and replaces LimKwee Gee as the nominee of the vendors of Zurex. He is an advocate and solicitorof the High Court of Malaysia, having studied law in Malaysia and the UK. He hasexperience in banking and company documentation, real estate and corporateacquisitions, privatisations and restructuring. Keat Hoe acts in an advisorycapacity for a number of corporations and has his own practice, K H Yeoh &Associates.
