NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Grainger announces that pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan ("DBSP") Helen Gordon (Group CEO) and Eliza Patterson (PDMR) have completed the following exercise of awards and sale of the resulting ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares").
The sale of Shares took place between 10th and 15th January 2025 at an average price of £2.153.

The sale of Shares by Helen and Eliza included the sale of Shares to fund the income tax and NIC liability arising from the related award exercises. Following these transactions Helen's total shareholding is 662,433 and this includes (a) Shares held by Link Market Services Trustees and held pursuant to Grainger's Share Incentive Plan (SIP); and (b) Shares held both legally and beneficially by Helen.
