NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was notified on 7 June 2017 that the following ordinary shares of 5p each were purchased on 5 June 2017 for Nick Jopling and Helen Gordon, who are directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities, in relation to the Grainger Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). The shares were purchased under SIP and relate to the regular monthly purchases made under the plan and registered in the name of Capita IRG.
As a result of the above transaction, the interests of Nick Jopling and Helen Gordon and their connected persons in the Company's ordinary share capital (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIPs and interests as potential beneficiaries of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) are as follows:
