Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Greggs plc announces that its issued share capital as at 31 December 2021 consisted of 101,897,021 ordinary shares of 2p each.

There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. The Greggs plc Employee Benefit Trust holds 375,694 shares included within the issued share capital figure above. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 101,897,021.

The above figure of 101,897,021 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Greggs plc under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
