Greggs PLC09 June 2005 On 9 June 2005 Greggs plc ("the Company") was notified that on 9 June 2005, thetrustees of the Greggs Employee Benefit Trust, including Ian Gregg, Sir MichaelDarrington and Malcolm Simpson (directors of the Company) sold 9,812 ordinaryshares of 20p each in the Company (0.0807% of the issued shares) at £28.21 pershare to employees on the exercise of options granted pursuant to the Company'sSavings Related Share Option Scheme. After the disposal, the trustees of the Employment Benefit Trust hold 60,072shares (0.49% of the issued shares).
